How to add product options to BrokerForce™

Options can be manually entered one at a time or copied and pasted as a list.  You can copy and paste a list of options from a Microsoft Excel sheet into the <Options> pop-up in BrokerForce.  The option abbreviation of 8 characters or less must be in the first column and the description of 20 characters or less must be in the second column of your spreadsheet.  To do this:

  1. Highlight the appropriate information in the two columns in Excel and press <Ctrl-C> on your keyboard.
  2. Double-click on the first option entry in an order to bring up the <Option Entry> pop-up form for adding/editing options.
  3. Click on the record handle (1/4" gray square at left end of row) of a new record to highlight the row of a new option record
  4. Press <Ctrl-V> on your keyboard to paste these options into the list of options for this vendor.

Highlight options, press <Ctrl-C>

<== Click record handle (white arrow), and press <Ctrl-V>.

If you are going to manually enter options, double-click on the first option entry in an order to bring up the <Option Entry> pop-up form.
