Can I see my original order and how much is shipped?

Use the following instructions to produce a report that shows how much of your order has shipped versus what was ordered.

Click on the <Customers> tab on the top tab strip in BrokerForce
Click the <Filled> tab of the tab strip in the bottom right quadrant as shown below
Select the PO Number for the order that you want to review
Click the <PO Fulfillment Report> button at left to see what items were ordered on this order and how much of each item has shipped
Review and print the report as needed (sample shown below)
Note that the report is based on the purchase order number being unique for this customer with this vendor so, if you have duplicated a purchase order number for a customer, it will skew the results. This is a good reason to let the program assign your purchase order numbers if your customer doesn't have one of their own!
